Mount Wilson, Blue Mountains NSW Australia Autumn 2013

The first time I came to Mount Wilson I was amazed at the beauty of the place. There was peaceful and tranquillity in the air around Mount Wilson. I've just bought into the M43 system with the Panasonic G5 and my first premium lens was the 25mm f1.4 lens. I know every photographer has a 50mm focal length in their bag so I though to myself that's where I start.

I didn't develop this photo until I have Photoshop to enhance it a little bit. Photography and Photoshop are two skills that can be mastered over a few years and I encourage everyone to play with both. Moose Peterson a famous photographer from America once said Photoshop is video game for adult. Let me warn you it could be addictive. My recommendation is to upgrade your computer and have a fast graphics card in there, it makes Photoshop more enjoyable.

I have since came back to Mount Wilson for the past few years but last year was a disappointment. I had too much expectation and I came out disappointed. So please don't raise the bar too high when out out there shooting.
